By entering this website, clicking "Start Chatting", logging into your user account, or otherwise utilizing any camsurf service, you irrevocably agree to comply with and be bound by the conditions described below.

- Displaying weapons, acts of physical violence, self-harm, cruelty to animals, or terrorist imagery.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The services provided by camsurf are delivered on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any variety, whether express, implied, or statutory. camsurf explicitly disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular objective, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, lag-free WebRTC connections, server uptime, or that user behavior during spontaneous matches will meet individual expectations.
6. Limitation of Liability
